Tip #7 Routine and Variety Have a routine to follow so that you can fit your activities into the day, but add some variety to your workouts. Doing the same workout every day gets old pretty quick.   • I have never heard of holy crap cereal.. but it has to be better then the crap my mother made us eat when we were kids!!!
