  • Healthy Family Tip : Eat dinner/meals together every day/night or as much as possible at the table with tv turned off. Kids see parents eating, and talking promotes healthy eating habits and strong relationships within the family.

    1) Drink a glass of water first time in the morning as soon as you wake up – it will activate all your body
    2) Breakfast is the most important meal of the day
    3) Have a 10 minute daily family walk daily – it will enhance your body, mind, and family relationships!

  • my healthy tip is to using glas containers instead of plastic and seran wrap for food, cuts down on the plastic waste and toxicity.
