Are 2 tablespoons REALLY enough for my breakfast?

Yes, indeed!

2 tablespoons of Holy Crap Cereal or Skinny B cereal expands when hydrated to make a much larger volume serving that will make you feel full and satisfied through to lunch time.

Pre-soak 2 tablespoons of Holy Crap cereal per serving

Add 1/4 cup of water to 2 tablespoons of Holy Crap cereal or 1/2 cup of water to 2 tablespoons of Skinny B cereal. Skinny B requires more liquid as it contains a higher concentration of chia seeds. Chia absorbs 9 X’s its size in liquid.

Stir gently and let sit for 5 minutes. You’ll see the cereal expand nearly twice its volume as the seeds absorb the water.

Select your favorite yogurt, milk, or non-dairy beverage to mix in with the cereal.

Stir in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of your selection. Yogurt is shown here mixed in with Holy Crap cereal. The 2 tablespoons of cereal are now about a 1 cup serving!

Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy Holy Crap cereal, the healthiest cereal you’ll ever eat!
