  • 1 /2 c. frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 /2 c. frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1 c. yogurt plain non-fat
  • 1 c. almond milk
  • 2 T. Skinny B soaked in ½ c. water for 3-5 minutes
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth
