  • 2 Tbsp (28g) Holy Crap cereal
  • 1/4-1/2 cup (60-120 mL) applesauce
  • Spoonful of coconut cream (optional)


  1. Place the applesauce in a bowl, stir in the Holy Crap cereal and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir again and garnish with coconut cream.
