The seeds will be tender and the dried fruit plump and delicious. You will just scoop out a serving of your pre-soaked cereal and mix with your favourite yogurt or non-dairy milk and fruit.

INGREDIENTS
🥣 1 full bag Holy Crap Apple Cinnamon, Blueberry Apple, or Natural Superseed Blend
🥣 3 cups water▶︎ Empty the entire bag of Holy Crap cereal of your choice into a large bowl.
▶︎ Gently stir in water.
▶︎ Let sit for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
▶︎ Store in refrigerator in a covered glass container.
▶︎ To serve, scoop ¼ cup of the pre-soaked cereal into a bowl. Add yogurt (or your favourite non-dairy or dairy milk) and fruit.
▶︎ ¼ cup of pre-soaked cereal is equal to our recommended serving size of 2 Tbsp dry cereal soaked with 4 Tbsp of water.
